After reserving your appointment, you will be sent confirmation via email and text within 12 hours. Please confirm your appointment upon receipt. Thereafter, you will receive reminders of your appointment at 72, 48, and 24 hours prior to your visit. Please advise if you have not received your appointment confirmation and any change in contact information.
A credit or debit card is required when reserving an appointment. The card isn’t charged until the client arrives for the appointment and services are rendered. In the event of No Show, the card will be charged up to $100 for the applicable appointment. To ensure your experience is mutually beneficial, it is imperative to be considerate of the service provider’s schedule availability for other clients interested in reserving an appointment.
Services are rendered to patrons who have reserved an appointment. Non-serviced guests are prohibited.
The service provider has a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or amend your appointment within less than 48 hours notice, the card will be charged up to $100 for the applicable appointment. In the event you have to cancel within 24-48hrs contact Nicole via email firstname.lastname@example.org
Eligibility for a future appointment after ONE No Show, will require 50% deposit. A second occurrence of No Show will result in ineligibility of reserving an appointment into perpetuity.
Lateness interrupts the ability to service clients in succession within a timely manner. In the event that you will be 15 minutes late or more for your appointment, please extend the courtesy to call as soon as possible. Moreover, the client should be cognizant that the appointment may require rescheduling to another day. The service provider cannot guarantee services will be provided as scheduled.
Services for children under the age of 12 aren’t available at this time. Services for minor children are required to have a parent or guardian present until all services rendered are complete. There are sharp objects, chemical and electrical outlets in the salon. As a safety and liability precaution, no children are provided entry unless services are being rendered.
If you are experiencing or exhibiting any cold, flu, flu-like symptoms, or respiratory illness at the time of your appointment, DO NOT visit the salon and contact your service provider immediately to reschedule. Upon arrival for the appointment, wearing a mask is REQUIRED, your temperature will be taken and hand sanitizer will be provided. If your temperature is elevated, you will be kindly asked to reschedule your appointment.
If you have traveled domestically and / or abroad to a locale affected by Coronavirus (Covid-19), please contact your Service Provider BEFORE reserving your appointment. These measures are being implemented to ensure the safety of the service provider and ALL clients.
The objective is to surpass the client’s expectation with optimal results. In the event you aren’t appeased, you may contact Genetically Curated, LLC within 7 days of your original appointment for a complimentary refinement. Situations may vary and is at the discretion of the Curator.
During your appointment, photography and videography may be captured, with consent, during your visit. Media may be used in news releases, social media, communications and publications in alignment with the mission of Genetically Curated, LLC.
